Caregivers

Campers who receive support via a therapeutic support staff (TSS) or personal care assistant (PCA) are encouraged to attend, especially their first year, with that support person in an effort to assure them most successful and positive transition to a new environment.

Each Camp program offers a different focus for its corresponding age group; however, all programs share several core schedule components. Camp operates Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (full day sessions) and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm (half day sessions) during the 5 weeks of summer camp.

Like everything we offer at Bournelyf Special Camp, our Alumni Vacations encourages campers to get out of their comfort zones and embrace new challenges. Our alumni campers have traveled to Canada, Punta Cana, Colorado, and everywhere in between. This is an invaluable opportunity for alumni campers to socialize with their peers while living life to the fullest.
