Camp will be held 2024 August 5th-9th and will offer collaboration with fellow type 1's, activities such as arts and crafts, hi ropes low ropes course and swimming in Flathead Lake, nutrition games and education, camp fire, dance and talent shows. Financial aid is available for families that feel they can not afford the full cost of tuition.

Camp MYDA is specific to the dietary needs of children with type 1 diabetes. We offer healthy choices that include well rounded meals and snacks. We ensure there is no cross contamination with those who attend with food allergies or intolerances.

Camp is a life changing experience for these kids. It gives them an opportunity to meet and see other kids their age dealing with the same daily struggles as they do. They are able to gain independence in their self care and create a better rounded ground to living with type 1 diabetes.
