Scholarships are awarded for families requiring financial assistance.

Campers bring lunch. Camp provides snacks and water.

For over 30 years, Camp Triumph has provided children with structured, therapeutic summer programming. Camp Triumph was founded on the principle that children grow and thrive with the opportunity to interact with one another in structured play and cooperative activities. Camp activities focus on facilitating social, emotional, and behavioral growth and skill development. The child's experience is enhanced through relationships with professionally trained counselors who are committed to children and are knowledgeable in techniques for facilitating change. By building rapport based on support and acceptance, the counselor is able to encourage and coach each camper to enhance his or her social development. Children learn to solve problems and develop positive peer relations while having fun and being creative.

Camp Triumph serves campers between the ages of 6-16. Many campers have had previous difficulties in typical day camp settings. While campers are very diverse, some have diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, social (pragmatic) communication disorder, and anxiety and depressive disorders.

Activities and special services include the following: therapeutic interventions and activities, social skills training, self-regulation skill building, behavioral interventions, swimming and field trips, cooperative games, arts and crafts, team and recreational sports, theme days, and performing arts.

Children who attend Camp Triumph may benefit in the following ways: increase self-confidence, develop better social skills and social thinking, learn to channel energy constructively, develop self-advocacy skills, demonstrate age-appropriate behavior, improve physical skills and coordination, cope better with transitions and challenges.
