Parents are welcome the last 45 minutes of camp each day.

Morrison Center will provide themed snacks every day (e.g. for ocean week- campers will make "sand" pudding). Campers are expected to bring their own lunch each day.

Constraint Induced Movement Therapy is an evidence-based therapeutic intervention which involves application of a constraint (removable cast) to a child's less affected arm, while engaging their affected arm in repetitive tasks during play.

Goals of therapy camp include: improved function of the affected arm, improved use of both hands in conjunction, and increased independence in activities of daily living, functional play, and academic tasks.

We run our program in a group, camp setting, so it can be fun, engaging, and meaningful. Seeing other children with similar issues can be a unifying experience, and can be more motivating than individual therapy experiences. Each week campers will complete themed activities to meet their unique goals including creating a daily themed snack. A 1:1 staff ratio allows campers to meet their individual goals with adaptations offered as needed.
