One In A Hundred offers a summer day camp experience for children entering grades 1st-8th with social communication disorders. Our camp has all the fun of a traditional camp with an emphasis on developing social skills and building friendships. This exciting camp promises campers a summer of creative discovery as they develop important social language skills. The campers also launch into the wonderfully imaginative world of theatre by writing, producing and performing in their own original plays.

Our children have diagnoses such as, high functioning Autism, Social Communication Disorders, Attention Deficit Disorder and Anxiety Disorders. Our program combines executive functioning skill development, Social Thinking skills based on the work of Michelle Garcia Winner and drama experiences – our campers learn how to share experiences with their peers in the best context possible – a real, vibrant community of friends.

Camp runs from June 24, 2019 to July 26, 2019, Monday through Friday. We help children find new friendships and create heartwarming memories that last a lifetime.

We provide all the fun of a traditional camp but with an emphasis on developing social skills and building friendships. Your camper will take part in activities such as drama, arts and crafts, yoga, taekwondo and more. We intersperse social thinking skill development throughout all camp activities.
