The POW Therapeutic Summer Camp consists of language-based groups led by a special educator, speech-language pathologist, and assistants (college students studying speech therapy). Groups consist of communication development, language-based activities, play therapy, and brief individual or dyad sessions. Groups will be limited to eight participants to ensure individualized and intensive therapeutic support. Activities include functional play, sensory activities, arts & crafts, and movement activities.

Fees: $375/week 1/2 day & $575/week full day with 10% discount for signup before April 15

We provide basic snacks but recommend that you send in a lunch for full-day attendance and a light snack for half-day attendance.

The POW Therapeutic Summer Camp consists of language-based groups held during school breaks (summer, winter, spring) led by a special educator, speech-language pathologist, and assistants (college students studying speech therapy). Groups consist of communication development, language-based activities, play therapy, and brief individual sessions. Each week will feature a new theme of focus. The typical schedule will include an opening circle with language activity, play skill development, fine motor/sensory time, 1:1 or 1:2 sessions, arts & crafts, outdoor play (weather permitting), and snack time. There are also in-house field trips and movement activities!
