Zebra Crossings offers medically supervised empowerment programs for youth and teens with chronic medical conditions. We aim to lessen the burden of chronic medical conditions by connecting kids through play and giving respite for caregivers. Zebra Crossings is a fun, safe place where kids just get to be kids.
Camp Setebaid at Mount Luther is a normal summer residential camp for youth living with T1D. Staffed by mature adults who have experience with T1D who are complimented by a medical team with diabetes expertise to assure the campers are safe during their time at camp.

Clover Patch welcomes physically and/or developmentally disabled campers ages five and older. Easter Seals Summer Camp is a nature-based, overnight program at a fully accessible camp, where campers (ages 6-49) with all types of disabilities explore new activities and skills in a fun, supportive environment. There is a 3:1 camper to staff ratio, plus registered nurses on site 24/7.
POW Therapeutic Summer Camp consists of language groups led by a special educator and speech-language pathologist, consisting of communication development, language-based activities, play therapy, and brief individual/dyad sessions. Activities include functional play, sensory activities, arts & crafts, and movement activities.

We offer fun and exciting day programs for individuals between the ages of 10 - 26 who have been diagnosed a Physical or other Health Impairments (POHI).
