Since 1956, we have operated an accessible summer camp for both children and adults with disabilities at our Camp Baker location in Chesterfield County. Located on 22 wooded acres, Camp Baker lets our campers enjoy a best-in-class, traditional summer camp experience, including: horseback riding, arts and crafts, swimming, fishing, paddle boating, hiking, and even outdoor tent camping.

Speech and language camp for kids (ages 6-10)

​Camp Yakety Yak helps children with special needs grow socially and emotionally by improving their communication skills. Structured in a fun, day camp setting in Lake Oswego, Oregon, Camp Yakety Yak is staffed with knowledgeable professionals and caring volunteers to teach friendship skills to children and young adults, age 6-22. Situated in Pine Grove, PA, Eagle Springs Programs has been offering vacation services to adults with intellectual and physical disabilities since 1975. It has been owned and operated by the Hamilton family from the beginning and is accredited by the American Camp Association.

Camp Fish Tales is nestled on 67 acres in Northern Bay County, MI. We are a barrier free outdoor camp for kids and adults with disabilities.

Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT) is an innovative intensive treatment approach for children with decreased use of one side of the body, either upper or lower extremity (hemiparesis/hemiplegia) due to stroke, CP, or other neurological disorder.

Oakwood Academy offers a unique individualized curriculum which includes theme-based programs for students ages 3-18 years old. Kamp Kaleidoscope is a specialized daily summer program for individuals with developmental disabilities to have an enriching experience. While campers are having fun learning new things and meeting new friends, their families rest assure knowing they are in good hands! Weekly themes are incorporated into science and environmental projects, recreational opportunities, social and educational community outings, and health and wellness activities.

Special Needs Summer Day Camps Ages 3 – 22. MDE School camps are geared toward children with developmental disabilities. Our camps reinforce social, academic, language, sensory, fine, and gross motor skills through fun and engaging activities. Bridge the Gap Summer Camp offers a wide range of academic and recreational programs for students entering grades K-12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related learning differences.

Respite Camp allows individuals to enjoy the out of doors in a supportive small group ratio while giving the caregivers a needed break. Most groups are 2 counselors with 3-4 campers

Therapeutic horseback riding and horsemanship for individuals with cognitive, emotional, physical and/or sensory disabilities.

The Fowler Center for Outdoor Learning provides individuals outdoor adventures and activities to enhance personal growth and independence.

STM has been camp-style retreats for for individuals and families impacted by disability to have fun and find fellowship with others in a Christian atmosphere since 1982. Each location is staffed with Medical professionals and volunteers.
