Welcome to Camp Ho Mita Koda! As wew approach 100 years of life-changing experiences, it is our goal to improve your child’s self-management skills, decrease distress for you and your camper, and improve your camper’s sense of diabetes strengths and resilience after camp.
Summer camp should be a special experience for every child - especially those living with the challenge of diabetes. Through our camp programs, children/teens have fun, form lasting friendships and learn the skills to manage their diabetes for a lifetime.
We offer creative, fun summer and year-round programs for children with insulin-dependent diabetes. The Barton Center encompasses Clara Barton Camp for girls, Camp Joslin for boys, Barton Day Camps (coed in MA, CT, NY), Adventure Program (coed), Vermont Overnight Camp, and Barton Family Camp.
Educational, Family Diabetes Camp (English or Spanish), 5 hrs/day on family's choice of 4 consecutive days, in Mexico City, for parents & child 6-19 yrs. who has T1 or T2 Diabetes Mellitus. A camp for children, teens and families affected by diabetes. Located in the breathtaking Sequoia National Forest, we offer traditional camp activities coupled with formal and informal diabetes education. Staffed with over 60 counseling, program and health care professionals, we offer the experience of a lifetime!
Camp Midicha provides a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience for children with diabetes, as well as offering a healthy and educational extension to diabetes care.

Camp Conrad Chinnock offers recreational, social, and educational opportunities for youth and families with diabetes. Campers are taught diabetes self-management skills in a fun, interactive, and safe environment.

Camp MYDA is a new 501c3 in Montana created to enrich the lives of youth with type1 diabetes and their families while offering safe, fun, and educational opportunities through camps and other events.
TCDC is a 1 or 2 week summer resident camp with a focus on fun and learning how to balance insulin, diet and exercise.
Camp Endres is a week long summer camp program for kids and teens with type 1 diabetes.
YEAR-ROUND, full care, overnight camp for adults with developmental disabilities, including specialized 1:1 sessions for campers who require individualized care. Each year we serve over 350 campers who join us for one or two week sessions. Shepherds Camp is celebrating over 60 years of creating the best home away from home, a vacation full of life long friends and memories, and the unforgettable experience of camp.
Providing a traditional camp experience to children and adults with disabilities since 1937. Our 2:1 camper to counselor ratio focuses on what a camper can do!
The Georgia Special Touch Ministry Get Away is a 5-Day residential camp for individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. All ages (10-adult) and all abilities are welcome! August 18-22, 2025 Housing and amazing recreational events are planned appropriately.

Mission Creek Camp is a place that provides individuals of all abilities with the opportunity to have an inclusive and unforgettable residential summer camp experience! Due to the physical terrain, we are currently unable to accommodate campers with wheelchairs at this time. However, this is a top priority in terms of our ongoing projects and fundraising efforts.
